What's the Project Prospectus Difference?
The main difference is that our clients are not 'locked in' to a mandate with Project Prospectus and are welcome to engage Project Prospectus for any or each part of their capital raising process; strategic planning & transaction structuring, prospectus preparation and /or assistance with marketing a prospectus to potential investors.

How long does it take to write/produce a prospectus or PDS?
You would allow a minimum of 6 weeks for a prospectus.
We would advise of time frame in our personalised quote. Depending on the complexity of the matter and degree of any preliminary strategic planning or legal work that is required, the project may take longer.
What does it cost?
These are quoted services and vary with degree of client preparation with regards to contracts that impact the pending transaction. Also, the complexity of the matter at hand may add to cost. We quote with no obligation.
Can you help with 'part' of the project?
Yes, we may consult on a casual basis.
Does the prospectus project include ASIC registering?
Yes, we work with clients to achieve a successful registration with ASIC.
