The team at Project Prospectus have years of experience writing Information Memorandums. An Information Memorandum is used when a client wants to supply an investor a relatively detailed analysis of the investment opportunity. The documentation given to an investor is often the first piece of communication they receive from those seeking investor funds and as investors receive many investment opportunities, those who present the most professional often go to the top of the pile.

The best way to approach an investor is by offering them a succinct executive summary as a 'sweetener.'   Then, subject to their interest and possibly a confidentiality agreement being signed, it is prudent to forward the investor a professionally prepared Information Memorandum.

Information Memorandums are often used where clients want to extend their investor search to interstate or international locations, ie, where a face to face meeting is not always possible in the first instance. In such circumstances, the client is to a large extent, relying on the Information Memorandum to 'sell' the matter to the investor - thus a good degree of structured analysis and information must be available in the information memorandum.


What is the Process?

This is a guideline only and may alter with particular project requirements.

=> Initial meeting to commence information flow to the Consultant.
=>The Consultant is in continuous contact with the client whilst creating the draft IM to confirm further information requirements.
=> The draft IM is delivered to the client in a second meeting. Here, the draft IM is reviewed and discussed. Changes are incorporated by the Consultant over the next few days.
=> Final IM is delivered to the client in Word and PDF format.

This service is delivered nationally.

Terms -  Payment upfront, or, 50% payment up front with credit card details noted for second 50% payment due prior to delivery of draft IM.
